We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Patna, State of Bihar. You will season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should bring able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry.
