Abattoir worker wanted in Loving County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Loving County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
