Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Kirfi, Bauchi State. Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Pay around ₦250,000 per month, based on your experience.
