Baker — Deuel County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Deuel County, Nebraska. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
