Commis chef wanted in Talata Mafara

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Talata Mafara, Zamfara State. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 2+ years on the tools preferred.
