Join our team: meat cutter (Niger State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Muya, Niger State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Rotating shifts. We offer ₦6,000 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
