Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Val Verde County, Texas. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
