Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Jefferson County, Illinois. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
