We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in DeWitt County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 6+ years on the tools preferred.
