Head baker wanted in Eastern Obolo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Eastern Obolo, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
