Immediate opening: steel erection rigger (Edo)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Owan West, Edo. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles You will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; read lift plans and method statements before starting; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦225,000 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
