Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kokrajhar, Assam. The job is in a bread factory. Ideally you have basic cake decorating and piping skills; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
