Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Agaie, Niger State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
