Moulder • Zuru, Kebbi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Zuru, Kebbi State. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
