Kitchen cook wanted in Kunchi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kunchi, Kano State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦1,450 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
