Back-of-house cleaner — Mokwa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Mokwa, Niger State. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
