Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Lavun, Niger State. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
