Meat cutter • Guri, Jigawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Guri, Jigawa State. You will work in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
