Meat trimmer — Oshimili North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Oshimili North, Delta State. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
