Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Lincoln County, Nebraska. You will be based in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
