Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. You should bring willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; strong knife skills and speed on the line. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service Part-time with flexible hours.
