Grill cook wanted in Forsyth County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Forsyth County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
