Meat cutter • Maiha, Adamawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Maiha, Adamawa State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry We offer ₦1,700 per hour plus benefits.
