Painter and decorator wanted in Augusta County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Augusta County, Virginia. Day to day you will work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job. You should have: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
