Halal butcher wanted in Igbo-Eze-South

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Igbo-Eze-South, Enugu State. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦180,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
