We are recruiting: earthmoving equipment operator (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Lafayette County, Florida. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. Day-to-day duties: • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
