Grill cook wanted in Lake County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Lake County, Illinois. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
