Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work The role involves fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control.
