We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Mercer County, Ohio. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day-to-day duties: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
