Join our team: tandoor cook (Benue State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Katsina-Ala, Benue State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
