Bread and bun maker wanted in Geauga County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Geauga County, Ohio. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
