Lawn care technician wanted in Champaign County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Champaign County, Ohio. You will work at a landscaping company. You should have: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Day to day you will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
