The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
