Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Konshisha

Now hiring: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Konshisha, Benue State. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. Requirements: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Your main tasks: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands 1+ years on the tools preferred.
