Head baker wanted in Abak

Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Overtime paid at a premium rate.
