On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
