The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Part-time with flexible hours.
