Plant operator (dozer) wanted in Hamilton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Hamilton County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
