Vacancy available: we are hiring an estate gardener in Buckingham County, Virginia. The job is at a private estate garden. On a typical shift you will rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers. You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
