Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Becker County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Six days a week, one day off.
