Machine operator • Jackson County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Jackson County, Ohio. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
