Urgent requirement: deboner (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Henry County, Illinois. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
