Confectioner wanted in Amethi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. We are looking for able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; basic cake decorating and piping skills; able to work early-morning and night shifts. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch 6+ years on the tools preferred.
