Maintenance painter • Montgomery County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Montgomery County, Alabama. You will work on commercial fit-out projects. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Day to day you will measure up and work out paint and material quantities; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
