Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Calloway County, Kentucky. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Six days a week, one day off.
