Tandoor cook — Odukpani

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Odukpani, Cross River State. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Pay around ₦60,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
