Urgent requirement: counter butcher (Lagos State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Apapa, Lagos State. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦1,350 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
