Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Fort Bend County, Texas. On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
