Now hiring: gas commissioning technician (Imo State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Oguta, Imo State. You will work in a gas distribution network. On the job you will handle: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion 2+ years on the tools preferred.
