Trainee butcher wanted in Falls County

Join our team: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Falls County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
